THE PROMISE

( CYCLE : LOVE TRUE OR NOT TRUE )

A desert garden there is

On island between two rivers

With feral, old fruit trees

With unknown, fragnant flowers

Still growing among  the grasses

And there also is home tiny

No shelter, a picturesque ruin

Lovely curtains in small window

A half-destroyed old furniture

For someone this cute place

Once was holy and great

He loved, nurtured them

His half lifetime, nice dream

To island by boat he reached

Or over two bridges far walked

There good friend him visiteed

He sang and banjo him played

Perhaps he had here nice pets

A dog, a cat, a chicken chicks

Now where is he, the extile

Does he his paradise miss ?

Perhaps somewhere it exist

Like that, again he built

The garden far,  a world two

The same flowers there bloom

Island Of Love this retreat

Was called by the newcomers

Few of them knew this place

They make wild love there

Deserved garden comes alive

Look of them, huming, smells

And at night the starry sky

Beautifies their love at all

We also to be once here used

A promise love true it was

It wasn’t  again a good time

A promise got lost, doesn’t wait
